What You Will Do: 

- Act as the primary engineering contact within agile delivery groups, providing technical leadership and ensuring engineering excellence.

- Manage the performance of engineering Scrum Masters to facilitate cross-functional issue resolution and ensure successful programme delivery.

- Define and deliver technical compliance through key performance indicators, proactively addressing risks.

- Maintain overall integrity and coherence of engineering content, aligning with strategic technical direction.

- Liaise with stakeholders and functional attribute leaders to steer performance and ensure effective communication.

- Drive continuous improvement by capturing best practices from benchmarking sources and applying Agile methodologies.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in delivering engineering content and technical deliverables.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience in business transformation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
