Project Director

This is a senior Project Director / Project Manager (No.1 on site) role for a large-scale data center project in Dubai, with construction due to start in August 2026.

Our client is emphasizing that this is not a general construction leadership role. They want someone who has:

• Delivered data center projects from start to finish.
• Previously acted as the No.1 site leader (overall project lead)

You must have a STRONG understanding of:

• Construction logistics
• Commissioning and handover
• Project programming/scheduling
• CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) works
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems

You must have:

• Experience working for a main contractor or PMC on major data center developments.
• The ability to manage client relationships, risk, programme, and project teams.
• A stable career history, with minimal career moves 

Mandatory criteria Before applying, you should be able to demonstrate:

✅ Major data center delivery experience from inception to completion
✅ Previous No.1 project leadership experience
✅ Construction-related technical/educational background
✅ Strong client-facing and leadership skills
✅ Availability to start before mid-August 2026
