The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Lead will take full ownership of project delivery - ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, technical expertise, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle project delivery, including cost, schedule, and budget management
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution
- Track and drive critical milestones to avoid delays and ensure timely completion
- Review construction proposals, scopes, and pricing
- Lead client and project coordination meetings
- Monitor cost drivers and provide data-led insights and reporting
- Manage procurement strategies and long-lead equipment schedules
- Validate and audit subcontractor cost estimates
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or data centres
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Commercially astute with solid financial and cost control experience
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
- Able to perform under pressure while maintaining high safety and quality standards
