Experienced Project Manager required for a growing main contractor specialising in permitted development and office-to-residential conversion schemes.
The successful candidate will initially oversee a c.50-unit conversion project in Sussex and must have previous experience delivering similar PD/conversion projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Requirements:
ā¢ Proven Project Management background
ā¢ Permitted Development experience essential
ā¢ Office-to-Residential conversion experience essential
ā¢ Experience delivering projects of c.50 units
ā¢ Strong programme, commercial and stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Candidates should ideally live within or around the M25/M23 corridor
