Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • Manage projects and programmes through the full project lifecycle
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on cost, programme, risk, and project delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present monthly project reports, programmes, and risk updates
  • Drive effective communication across project teams
  • Develop and implement project delivery strategies to achieve key objectives
  • Proactively identify challenges and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve performance and project outcomes

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Project Management or a construction-related discipline
  • Working towards or already holding a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing a variety of construction projects across the full lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of project management best practice and delivery methodologies
  • Previous consultancy, commercial, or developer-side experience would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
