Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in civils, groundworks, or infrastructure projects?
This office-based role in Thatcham offers the chance to lead complex, multi-disciplinary contracts, working closely with internal teams and external clients. With regular site visits across the UK, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Pay & Shift:
- £36,000 to £40,000 per year
- Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed project plans using MS Project or similar tools
- Managing multiple contracts end-to-end, ensuring milestones and budgets are met
- Applying Lean manufacturing principles to support sales-driven project delivery
- Coordinating resources across departments and subcontractors for seamless project execution
- Overseeing financial management: budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Administering contracts with a focus on notices, milestones, variations, and dispute resolution
- Implementing risk management strategies and maintaining quality assurance
- Leading clear communication with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
- Chairing project and site meetings, conducting site surveys, and travelling to UK sites as required
What we’re looking for:
- Proven project management experience in civils, groundworks or infrastructure (minimum 2 years)
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office suite, SharePoint, and MS Project
- Prince2 or APM qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Desirable: NEC3/NEC4 experience and CSCS certification
