Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in civils, groundworks, or infrastructure projects?

This office-based role in Thatcham offers the chance to lead complex, multi-disciplinary contracts, working closely with internal teams and external clients. With regular site visits across the UK, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Pay & Shift:

  • £36,000 to £40,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed project plans using MS Project or similar tools
  • Managing multiple contracts end-to-end, ensuring milestones and budgets are met
  • Applying Lean manufacturing principles to support sales-driven project delivery
  • Coordinating resources across departments and subcontractors for seamless project execution
  • Overseeing financial management: budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Administering contracts with a focus on notices, milestones, variations, and dispute resolution
  • Implementing risk management strategies and maintaining quality assurance
  • Leading clear communication with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
  • Chairing project and site meetings, conducting site surveys, and travelling to UK sites as required

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven project management experience in civils, groundworks or infrastructure (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, SharePoint, and MS Project
  • Prince2 or APM qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Desirable: NEC3/NEC4 experience and CSCS certification
