Project Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager / Senior Site Manager for a role based in Newport.

Key Responsibilities - 

✔ Managing high - value construction projects involving external works, temporary works, scaffolding, roofing, and concrete repair packages from pre-constrution through to completion.

✔ Coordinating subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.

✔ Managing roofing and concrete repair works, ensuring quality workmanship, structural integrity, and complaince with specifications and manufacturer standards.

✔ Liaising with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders providing regular progress updates and maintaining strong working relationships.

Key Requirements - 

✔ Temporary Works Certificate, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

✔ Must have experience in external works.
