The Role
 
As the Project Manager, you’ll:
  • Take full accountability for Variations projects, managing P&L and H&S from concept to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with the Trust and SPV, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Supervise contractors and communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor health and safety performance, ensuring all work complies with company policies.
