I’m working with a leading Principle contractor on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join as a Permanent Manager on a £6m 2 Year Recladding Scheme

This is a highly client-facing role, requiring someone comfortable managing:

  • day-to-day site operations.
  • Microsoft Project Programming - & Editing Program.
  • Subcontractor coordination.
  • H&S and programme management.
They are looking for
  • Proven Project Manager experience in Cladding Projects.
  • Strong  client-facing background
  • Good IT literacy - Tablet/Laptop use - Microsoft Office / MS Projects
  • Overseeing Site Management & Subcontractor Progress
