About the Role
Northdown Property Services is seeking an experienced and driven Construction Manager / Project Manager to lead residential refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. This is a hands-on role offering real ownership, where you’ll be trusted to deliver high-quality projects while managing teams, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 to £220,000
  • Coordinate and oversee trades, subcontractors, and site resources
  • Leverage your own network of skilled labour where required
  • Produce clear project reports and deliver updates to the Operations Manager / Owner
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Location & Travel

  • Office base in Peterborough
  • Projects located across Lincoln, Skegness, north of the Thames, and Birmingham

  • £50,000 base salary
