Project Manager – Mechanical and/or Electrical - near Bradford - West Yorkshire - Permanent Role.

Job Role:

Project Management of commercial mechanical and/or electrical refit, installation, and refurbishment projects of minimum £100k value covering:

• HVAC and heat recovery installation
• Plumbing and above ground drainage
• LV Distribution
• Electrical and power installations
• Lighting
• Containment

All Applicants must have the following:

• HNC or HND in Building Services
• A full Uk driving licence
• Proven experience in commercial Mechanical and/or electrical projects and project management  (minimum £100K project value)
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
• Awareness of estimating, purchasing, technical, and commercial processes
• Bradford area.
