Project Manager – High-Rise Residential / Student Accommodation

Location: Bath

We are currently working with a leading contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a high-rise student accommodation scheme in Bath.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering complex, multi-storey RC frame developments across the capital.

The Role:

  • Full responsibility for delivering a high-rise student accommodation project from inception through to completion
  • Managing site teams, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders
  • Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
  • Coordinating both internal and external packages across the build lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering projects from start to finish as a Project Manager
  • Background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors
  • Strong experience on high-rise RC frame, multi-storey developments
  • Residential background (student accommodation experience advantageous)
  • Experience managing both internal and external packages
