Project Manager - Interior Fit Out

Role Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of your projects from order to final account .

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate site teams across multiple high-profile projects
• Ensure every element of work meets our exceptional standards and stays on programme
• Take commercial responsibility, including monthly valuations and final accounts
• Act as the face of , building trusted relationships with clients and project teams
• Review drawings, programmes and specifications, and create accurate GJ sub-programmes
• Manage material call-offs from our workshop to keep production and site running smoothly
• Maintain exceptional safety, organisation and professionalism on site
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments and project documentation

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for someone who brings commitment, competence and a desire to grow. Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction, interiors or specialist trades an advantage, but not essential
• Strong commercial awareness
• Good IT skills, particularly in Excel
• Excellent communication skills — clear, professional and client friendly
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to read and understand drawings and programmes of works
