Project Manager – Joinery / Fit-Out

I’m working with a growing joinery contractor who is looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver bespoke joinery and fit-out packages.
This role will see you managing projects from award through to installation and handover, working closely with clients, designers, and workshop teams.
The role:
- Managing joinery projects from pre-start through to completion
- Coordinating design, manufacture, and installation
- Leading client meetings and acting as the main point of contact
- Managing programmes, budgets, and project risks
- Overseeing subcontractors and site installation
- Handling variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Ensuring quality, H&S, and compliance standards are met
What I’m looking for:
- Proven experience delivering joinery or fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of bespoke joinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
- High-end residential or commercial project experience
- SMSTS / CSCS (Manager level)
- NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management
Package:
- Salary up to £65K
