This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and organised individual who is passionate about bringing innovative products to market and managing projects from concept through to commercial launch. We are partnering with a well-established and growing FMCG business to recruit an experienced Project Manager working near Camberley. 
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating new product development projects, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.

Project Mananger Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new product development projects from approved concept and costing stage through to launch and first production order
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, packaging, operations, procurement, and commercial departments
  • Monitor project timelines, critical paths, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion
  • Ensure all products meet customer expectations, quality standards, and commercial objectives
  • Support costing, budget management, and margin considerations throughout development
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Facilitate smooth handover of completed projects to the Account Management team with accurate documentation and communication
  • Keep up to date with FMCG market trends, competitor activity, and emerging innovations to support future product opportunities
About You
  • Proven experience in project management within FMCG, manufacturing, or product development environments
  • Demonstrated success managing projects from concept to launch
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting budgets, costings, and profitability targets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about product innovation and delivering successful market launches
