DutiesL
- Takes full ownership of assigned projects, delivering them independently while working within established company processes and documentation frameworks
- Manages the delivery of up to two projects at any one time, typically beginning with a single project until fully established in the role
- Oversees all stages of project delivery, ensuring coordination between clients, site managers, and on-site teams
- Acts as the key point of contact across stakeholders, communicating confidently and effectively with clients, site managers, and site operatives
- Organises and manages their own workload and time to deliver projects successfully with a high level of autonomy
- Oversees site activity to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and to the required standard
- Manages variations, cost tracking, and commercial updates throughout the project lifecycle (training can be provided if needed)
- Works within a well-established luxury retail fit-out environment, delivering projects for high-end retail clients and flagship locations
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, building trusted relationships through knowledge, professionalism, and respect at all levels
- Brings confidence and credibility when dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, from clients through to site teams and operatives
- Shows ambition for long-term development within the business, with opportunity to progress into senior leadership roles over time
