£60,000 - £65,000 + Profit Share Bonus + Long-Term Progression + Early Friday Finish

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing, dynamic construction business delivering high-end residential developments with genuine long-term progression opportunities.

This established construction group operates across several specialist divisions including traditional masonry, façades, cladding, and residential developments. With strong demand and a growing pipeline of high-value projects, the development arm of the business is expanding rapidly and is preparing to deliver a major £20 million luxury residential project over the next two years.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of high-end construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing health and safety, attending design and client meetings, and ensuring exceptional quality standards are maintained throughout delivery. You will work closely with senior leadership while helping establish and grow the development division.

With that, the ideal candidate will have strong project management or strong site management experience within construction, excellent subcontractor management skills, and the ability to operate effectively within either residential or commercial environments.

The Role:

• Managing high-end residential construction projects on site
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring health & safety compliance
• Attending client, architect, and design meetings
• Managing project documentation, reports, and site records
• Monitoring quality control throughout project delivery
• Working closely with directors to support the growth of the division

The Person:

• Project Management or Senior Site Management experience within construction
• SMSTS qualification
• Strong subcontractor and site management skills
• Excellent health & safety knowledge
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Commutable distance from Belper
