Project Manager/Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager for a 2–3 month contract based in Aberdeen, with the potential for extension.

This is a hands-on role ideally suited to someone with experience in structural steelwork, cladding, or industrial and/or commercial construction, who can help deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• SMSTS (preferred)
• SSSTS considered
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction site safety procedures

Key Duties

• Supervising live construction sites
• Monitoring health & safety and ensuring site compliance
• Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
• Assisting with procurement and programme management
• Monitoring quality and workmanship
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
• Reporting on progress and helping to resolve site issues
• Assisting with cost control and variations

Essential Experience

• Previous construction site supervision/project management experience
• Good understanding of steelwork and/or cladding installations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Full UK driving licence
