Project Manager

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Project Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The Project Manager, will be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of lifecycle and variation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and fully compliant with HTM, HBN, CDM, and BSA 2022 requirements.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and training phases.
• Coordinate asset surveys, contractor activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless FM service delivery.
• Provide robust financial management and reporting, including budget tracking, reconciliations, and management information to support decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance, supporting ISO 14001 initiatives and ensuring accurate documentation, including O&M manuals.

To be successful for this Project Manager role you must have:

• Extensive experience delivering Lifecycle and Variation projects within PFI environments, including full MEP project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of key regulations and frameworks including CDM 2015, HTM, HBN, RIBA stages, and the Building Safety Act (BSA).
• Proven capability managing projects within high-risk buildings, ensuring full compliance with BSA requirements.
• Good commercial and contractual awareness within PFI, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
