We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team delivering high-quality architectural metalwork projects from concept through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially aware Project Manager with experience in architectural metalwork, structural steel, or bespoke fabrication to take ownership of multiple live projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to senior management, the successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing the full project lifecycle from initial client briefing and design coordination through fabrication and on-site installation.
You will act as the key point of contact for clients, architects, main contractors, workshop teams, and installation crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple architectural metalwork projects concurrently
- Coordinate with clients, architects, structural engineers, and contractors to manage design intent, RFIs, and site requirements
- Produce and maintain project programmes, procurement schedules, and cost reporting
- Oversee the handover of design and detailing information to fabrication teams
- Coordinate fabrication priorities with workshop management and subcontractors
- Plan and supervise installations, including RAMS, method statements, and site logistics
- Carry out site surveys and attend progress and design meetings
- Manage project variations, valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts
- Ensure projects meet quality, programme, and commercial objectives
Candidate Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within architectural metalwork, structural steel, or bespoke fabrication
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, installation methods, and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings confidently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial awareness with experience in budgeting and contract administration
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
- Valid CSCS card essential
- SMSTS certification desirable

Additional Information
- Experience required: Minimum 3 years within Architectural Metalwork
- Preferred language: English
- Licence/Certification: CSCS essential, SMSTS desirable
