Description

Ø Project Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing projects to ensure timely and successful completion.

Ø Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Addressing challenges that arise during project execution and making critical decisions to keep projects on track and within scope.

Ø Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Engaging with various departments and team members to leverage diverse expertise and resources for project success.

Ø Process Improvement: Driving innovation and process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Ø Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging with Line Managers and technical teams to identify and prioritise projects impacting operational performance. Agree scope and ensure project deliverables and timeline are realistic and align with stakeholder expectations, and technical requirements.

• Ø Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned technical and engineering projects

Profile

Ø Proficiency in project management principles and tools.

Broad understanding of other engineering disciplines.

Ø Strong understanding of H&S regulations permits and risk assessments.

Ø Working knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems

Ø Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management/maintenance supervision preferably within a 24/7 continuous industrial process environment

Ø Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, logical, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills.
