This is an established residential property management company based in Hendon, North West London, offering a structured and supportive team environment with exposure to all aspects of property maintenance and administration.
Your new role
- General administrative support including filing, data entry, and paperwork
- Maintaining accurate and organised records
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Supporting health and safety compliance tracking
- Managing document filing systems and internal records
- Assisting with monthly reports and internal documentation
- Updating spreadsheets and tracking key information
- Ensuring all tasks comply with company procedures and GDPR requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A reliable, proactive, and responsible approach to work
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Confidence working within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
