Property Maintenance Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive Property Maintenance Coordinator to join us at South Holland District Council, to keep our housing planned maintenance and survey programmes running smoothly.
You’ll be the key link between surveyors, contractors, and internal teams—ensuring every work order is tracked, validated, and completed to a high standard.
This role is focused on workflow control, quality assurance, and data accuracy, playing a vital part in ensuring works are delivered efficiently, recorded correctly, and ready for payment processing.
What do we need from you?
- Experience of delivering front line services dealing with the public both in person or by telephone
- Experience using and analysing information from databases and spreadsheets
- Confidence in proactively following up on tasks and working with stakeholders to ensure timely progress
- GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
