Location: Deptford
Basic Salary £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6pm,
Licence and own car required

Our client, a respected independent Estate Agency, is seeking a Property Manager with at least 2 years’ experience to join their vibrant team in Deptford. Looking after a Portfolio of around 90 Properties this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward, set within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Typical duties will include:

• Manage own property portfolio: - including referencing, moves ins, jobs, updating landlords, property inspections etc.
• Manage contractor, tenant and landlord relationships
• Ensuring landlords and tenants are kept informed and up to date
• Ensuring Property Management software systems kept up to date
• Ensuring all regulatory requirements (Deposit registrations etc.) are met
• Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers 
• Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork
• Carrying out property inspections and meter readings
• Assist with small maintenance tasks.
• HMO Fire alarm tests and updates
• Preparing and supplying basic landlords’ accounts
• Check ins and check out inventory reporting.

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent Customer service
• Advanced IT skills (Words, Excel, MS Outlook)
• Accounts and Bookkeeping experience desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Organisational skills
• Full clean driving licence and own Car required
• live reasonably local to the area
