Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisors for long-term rail infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kent/Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering a range of rail and civil engineering works with consistent workload and long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities on rail civil engineering projects.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
  • Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and operatives.
  • Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, company procedures, and health & safety legislation.
  • Monitor progress against programme and report on site performance.
  • Complete site documentation including permits, inspections, and daily records.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme delivery.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Requirements:
  • Valid PTS certification.
  • Previous experience supervising rail civil engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work activities and site teams.
  • Full UK driving licence.
