The Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Invoice processing
  • Daily monitoring of the invoices mailbox
  • Check through all invoices
  • Query resolution
  • Reviewing disputed invoices
  • Prepare and update the weekly payment proposals
  • Allocate all payments
  • Taking incoming calls
  • Liaise with suppliers


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous Purchase ledger experience
  • Team player and a good attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
