The PRU is looking to appoint a Qualified Secondary English Teacher on an initial day-to-day basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right Qualified Secondary English Teacher. The successful Qualified Secondary English Teacher will be teaching English across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons to a range of learners while maintaining high expectations and effective behaviour management.

The successful Qualified Secondary English Teacher will have:

• QTS with an English specialism
• Experience teaching English across KS3 and KS4
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience working with young people with additional behavioural needs
• A child-focused and flexible approach
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
