Empowering Learning is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout the Wigan area from September.

We are looking for teachers who are passionate about making a positive impact in the classroom and can deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Whether you are an experienced teacher seeking flexibility or an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:

• Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings
• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Creating a positive learning environment that supports pupil progress
• Following school policies and maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• A passion for primary education and pupil development
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
