Prospero Teaching is currently looking to connect with Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are exploring new opportunities for the September start. We are working with a number of primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools across Andover who are preparing to recruit teachers across a variety of subjects and key stages.

We are keen to hear from teachers across all subject specialisms, as well as those with primary or SEN experience.
The Role:
- Deliver lessons within your subject specialism or key stage
- Plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons
- Assess pupil progress and provide clear feedback
- Support students of mixed abilities to achieve strong outcomes
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
- Contribute to wider school life and departmental development
- Follow safeguarding and school policies consistently
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT
- Strong subject knowledge or primary curriculum understanding
- Confident classroom practitioner or developing strong teaching practice
- Good behaviour management skills
- Organised and committed to high standards
- Open to exploring opportunities across different school settings
- Passionate about supporting pupil progress and development
Contract Details:
- Position: Qualified Teacher (QTS) / ECT
- Location: Local area
- Start Date: September
- Working Pattern: Full‑time
- Pay Rate: £32,916 - £51,047 per annum (M1-U3)
- Key Stages: Primary, Secondary, SEN
Experience, Training & Safeguarding:
- QTS required (or working towards as an ECT)
- Relevant teaching experience or placements
- Safeguarding training can be provided
