📌 The Role

We are seeking qualified Teaching Assistants with classroom experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. You will play a key role in supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential.



⏰ Working Hours

  • School hours typically between 8:30am - 3:30pm
  • Flexible opportunities available:
    • Day-to-day supply
    • Part-time roles
    • Full-time positions


✅ Key Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support learning
  • Assisting pupils with a range of abilities, including those with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Preparing classroom resources and learning materials
  • Supporting literacy and numeracy development
  • Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and independence
  • Supervising pupils during break times, lunch, and activities
  • Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress and engagement
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment


🎯 Requirements

  • Relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
  • Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
