About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Quality Administrator to support our Integrated Management System (IMS) and wider Performance function. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating audits, managing performance data, and maintaining compliance across ISO standards. Working closely with the Performance Manager and operational teams, you will help ensure accurate reporting, effective governance and continuous improvement throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate, allocate and track IMS non‑conformances, ensuring timely action and accurate documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and support the planning and delivery of external audits, maintaining clear and comprehensive audit records.
• Compile monthly KPI, sustainability and exposure‑hour data, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
• Maintain and update IMS folders and provide support to business units on data, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and distribute monthly communications including Toolbox Talks, near‑miss reports and other HSE updates.
• Collect customer feedback, record outcomes and escalate non‑conformances where required.
• Provide data insights and reports for monthly management meetings, ensuring information is delivered on time.
• Respond promptly to team enquiries and maintain organised, high‑quality documentation.

Person Specification
• Good standard of general education; degree‑level qualifications beneficial but not essential.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, with experience in internal auditing preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear and confident communicator with a collaborative and supportive approach.
• Able to work independently, demonstrate initiative and show strong problem‑solving ability.
• Competent in the use of IT systems and digital tools, with a willingness to develop new skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
