About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Administrator to join our team in Medway. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for maintaining high standards. You will play a key role in supporting quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update quality control documentation and records
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Assist with monitoring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs
- Investigate and log non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are followed up
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain quality standards
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready
- Provide administrative support to the Quality team
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
About You
- Previous experience in a quality, compliance, or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive and methodical approach to work
- Experience working in regulated or manufacturing environments (desirable but not essential)
