Quality Control Operative

A hands‑on role responsible for checking product quality, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth operational flow across the facility.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and specification accuracy.

• Carry out routine checks during storage and processing.

• Record findings, complete reports, and communicate issues promptly.

• Ensure correct labelling, traceability, and handling procedures.

• Support incident management, including recalls and investigations.

• Provide clear handovers and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Experience in a quality‑focused or inspection role.

• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.

• Confident communicator with good organisational skills.

• Comfortable working in fast‑paced or temperature‑controlled environments.

• Basic reporting and data‑entry skills.

• Physically fit and flexible with working hours.
