Quality Control Operative – Hereford

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Operative to join our team in Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality inspections on products throughout the production process.
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformances.
- Complete quality control documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure products meet company specifications and customer requirements.
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with investigations into quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
