Job Title: Quality Manager
Reporting To: Head of Operational Assurance

Role Summary:
The Quality Manager is responsible for the ownership, operation and assurance of North’s Integrated Management System (IMS). The role ensures compliance with ISO standards, audit requirements and business continuity arrangements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301)
• Manage policies, procedures, work instructions and document control
• Plan and deliver internal audit programmes and support external audits
• Manage non‑conformities, corrective actions and root cause analysis
• Oversee supplier quality and project quality plans
• Own Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and ISO 22301 audits
• Align IMS with EHS requirements
Skills & Experience:
• Qualification or equivalent experience in Quality or Assurance
• Strong ISO and audit experience
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication
• Willingness to travel within the UK
Working Pattern:
Primarily remote based with site travel as required across the UK.
