Quality Technician required by well established manufacturing company, based in Gloucester. The successful quality technician will play a key role in supporting and improving quality performance across the business.

Main Duties – Quality Technician

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and quality documentation
• Perform inspection and challenge internal teams and suppliers to improve quality adherence
• Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and root cause/corrective action activities
• Investigate customer complaints and audit non‑conformities
• Producing quality performance reports
• Delivering quality‑related training
• Managing calibration, document control, and quality registers
• Supporting the QHSE Manager with management systems, certifications, and strategic objectives

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Quality Technician

• A background within a similar quality technician role, gained in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
• A relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with a range of inspection equipment such as verniers and shadowgraphs
• Internal auditing experience
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence
