Quality Technician | Poole | £30,000   Are you a detail‑driven Quality Technician who thrives in a structured, high‑standard manufacturing environment?

This Quality Technician role offers stability, technical variety and the opportunity to develop within a regulated electronics manufacturing setting.   As a Quality Technician, you will benefit from:

As a Quality Technician, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting product assurance activities to ensure internal and customer quality requirements are met
  • Conducting and recording internal audits to maintain compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Managing non‑conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Producing and maintaining AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports
  • Supporting calibration activities and maintaining tool and calibration logs
  • Carrying out goods‑in inspection and supporting supplier quality documentation review
As a Quality Technician, your experience will include:
  • Previous experience in a Quality role within electronics or a high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audit processes
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical, evidence‑based approach to problem solving
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
