The Role
As the Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts.
- Monitor and report on project financial performance and variances.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate costs and ensure quality delivery.
