Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cambridgeshire
Rate: £450-500/Day- Outside IR35- Ltd company is an option
Duration: 6 months rolling contract

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of highways schemes across the National Highways network. This freelance opportunity offers the chance to work on complex infrastructure projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking commercial team.
 
Job Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial management of highways projects from pre-contract through to final account, including tender support, subcontract administration, valuations, change management, cost reporting and financial forecasting. You'll manage commercial records, monitor costs and payments, support CVR reporting, maintain strong relationships with supply chain partners and clients, and ensure all commercial processes, contracts and reporting are completed accurately and in line with business requirements.
 
You will have:
Experience in civils infrastructure
Experience with reporting and procurement
The ability to manage change
