Quantity Surveyor

• Position: Quantity Surveyor  
• Reporting to: Commercial Manager (Head of Department)
• Open to: Quantity Surveyors working for a residential developer – either national PLC or regional SME (current or previous)
• Region: Western region covering Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset
• Responsible for: 2 developments in Gloucestershire – both over 100 units in size

Quantity Surveyor – Job purpose:

To lead the commercial and surveying functions across multiple developments, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Quantity Surveyor plays a pivotal role in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, driving financial performance and efficiency across all schemes.
