We’re working with a leading contractor in the data centre sector, delivering high-value, technically complex schemes across the UK and Europe. With turnover approaching £100m and a strong pipeline of secured work, this is a business in a genuine growth phase with long-term opportunity.

They’ve built a solid reputation in the data centre space and continue to expand their footprint across Europe, giving you exposure to major projects and a fast-moving, specialist sector.

You’ll be joining a well-structured commercial team, working under experienced leadership that understands how to run jobs properly and supports its people.

The Role

• Working on data centre projects
• Full responsibility for CVRs and cost reporting
• Subcontractor procurement, management, and negotiation
• Variations, valuations, and final accounts
• Working closely with project teams

What They’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong commercial and reporting skills
• Confident in managing and dealing with subcontractors
• Able to operate independently on live projects
• Data centre experience is beneficial, but not essential
