We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is also confident acting in a lead Project Management capacity across a variety of construction projects throughout London.

This is a flexible, predominantly work-from-home role, with site visits required for quotations, valuations, project meetings, and overseeing works when necessary.

Projects include a mixture of:

• Commercial Fit-Outs
• Residential Developments
• Refurbishment Projects
• General Construction Works

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations, cost plans, and valuations
• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to completion
• Conducting site visits and client meetings across London
• Managing subcontractors and supplier costs
• Monitoring project budgets and variations
• Acting as a lead Project Manager when required
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
• Experience across commercial, refurbishment, and residential projects
• Strong understanding of cost control and contract management
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Ability to travel to sites across London when required
