Our client are a renowned regional construction consultancy who work on some exclusive projects with high end clients.
The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Valuations
- Variations
- Cost reporting
- Pre-construction procurement and tendering advice.
- Cost reporting
- Contract administration
- Checking Out Design
Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor role are:
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Autonomously running projects
- Dealing with clients.
- MRICS or nearly chartered.
