The Role

Reporting to a Commercial Manager, you’ll take responsibility for multiple projects, covering the full commercial lifecycle:

• Managing all commercial aspects of several projects from tender stage through to final accounts
• Working closely with operational teams both on site and in the office
• Ensuring robust cost control and commercial performance
• Supporting project delivery across a varied project portfolio

Person Specification

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a construction company
• Ambition and drive to progress your career
• Experience managing the full commercial lifecycle of construction projects
• Ideally, exposure to large or complex construction projects
• Strong cost management and commercial reporting skills
• The ability to independently manage the commercial aspects of your own projects
