Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are partnering with a leading Tier 1 Contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Rail division based in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects across the Rail sector, including Civils and Depot schemes, with a business that offers long-term career progression, project variety, and a strong pipeline of secured work.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in the commercial management of major construction projects, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all commercial and contractual aspects of projects
• Cost control, forecasting, and value management
• Monitoring project progress and preparing commercial reports
• Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and consultants
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and quality standards

About You

We’re looking to speak with Quantity Surveyors who:

• Have experience within the Rail sector, ideally on Civils or Depot projects
• They will consider somone coming from a strong Civils background and are looking to move into Rail
• Possess strong commercial awareness and communication skills
• Are driven, organised, and keen to progress within a leading contractor environment

Salary upto £50,000 + pkg
