We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Ringwood, Hampshire, working within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to make an immediate impact on a range of refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all commercial aspects of social housing projects
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to contractual requirements
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within social housing or residential refurbishment
• Strong knowledge of cost control and contract management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
