Are you a Quantity Surveyor with PQS experience looking to work on high-value residential projects from inception through to completion?

Do you want to join a close-knit consultancy where you can develop towards Senior and Director level while receiving full support for chartership and professional development?

This established consultancy specialises in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Project Management services across the Southwest, Midlands, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, and the Cotswolds. With an expanding project portfolio and several major developments due to commence over the coming years, they are looking to strengthen their team with an eager Quantity Surveyor.

In this role, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. You will undertake cost planning, procurement, tender analysis, valuations, variations, and cost reporting while managing projects from pre-contract through to final account. The role offers a mixture of office, home, and site-based working with significant client interaction.

With that, the ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS or consultancy environment, strong JCT contract knowledge, and excellent client-facing skills.

The Role:

• Managing projects through the full project lifecycle
• Preparing budget cost plans and feasibility estimates
• Producing Bills of Quantities and schedules of works
• Managing procurement and tender processes
• Reviewing and negotiating contractor tenders
• Undertaking valuations, variations, and cost reporting
• Attending client meetings and site visits
• Working across office, home, and site locations

The Person:

• Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS or consultancy environment
• Strong JCT contract knowledge
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Chartership desirable but not essential
• Commutable distance from Tewkesbury or willing to travel regularly to the office and sites
