Quantity Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Fire Stopping

u will lead the commercial performance of assigned projects, maintaining strong cost control, ensuring compliance, and supporting excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
🔥 Managing all commercial aspects of projects, including valuations, variations, and final accounts
🔥 Ensuring accurate cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting
🔥 Working closely with Contract Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
🔥 Identifying and implementing process improvements and commercial best practice
🔥 Supporting compliance with all relevant regulatory, contractual, and safety standards

About You
🔥 Proven experience within the construction industry (experience in Passive Fire Protection is advantageous but not essential)
🔥 Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
🔥 Good working knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and/or NEC preferred)
🔥 Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
🔥 Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
🔥 Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
