You'll be working at the heart of major capital programmes for water companies and the Environment Agency with a Leading Global Consultancy. You will have a clear pathway into the defence and nuclear sectors, where you go from here is limited only by your ambition.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll sit client-side on high-value NEC3/4 ECC contracts (Options A, C & E), meaning real influence, real decisions, and real accountability. Day to day, you'll:

• Drive budget control, cost forecasting, payment valuations, and defined cost determination
• Build and maintain the kind of commercial records that win disputes before they escalate
• Lead pre-contract activity - feasibility studies, cost planning, tender preparation and evaluation
• Manage post-contract compliance, negotiate variations, and steer claims to resolution
• Close out final accounts with precision and professionalism
• Contribute directly to bid development and proposal strategy alongside senior leadership

What You Bring

• A degree in Quantity Surveying (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Progress toward RICS chartership - or the drive to get there with full support behind you
• Solid NEC3/4 command across Options A, C and E, plus working knowledge of CDM regulations
• A background in water, environment, defence, or nuclear - ECI/ESI experience in Design & Build is a serious advantage
• The confidence to mentor junior team members and, ideally, some line management experience
• A valid CSCS card (Water Hygiene Card preferred), and the right to work in the UK
• Flexibility to be on-site at least 3 days per week
