Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - up to £90K - Hybrid

Our client is a fast growing, award-winning contractor delivering high quality projects across care home and multi-room sectors and now seek a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team and perform exemplary commercial duties for their clients.

The Role

• You’ll play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs throughout the full project lifecycle 
• Prepare valuations, budgets, forecasts, and final accounts 
• Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor packages 
• Monitor commercial performance and identify risks and opportunities 
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to maximise profitability 
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders 
• Support accurate reporting and financial control across multiple projects 

About You

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Ideally experienced in Later Living projects or multi-room project new builds. 
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills 
• Good understanding of construction contracts and cost management 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail 
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to develop within a high performing business
